CHECK LIST:
Booking Fee, Stud Fee Balance, Chute Fee (If Applicable) & Mare Care Charges: Please make sure that the booking fee and/or balance of the stud fee or any applicable rebreed fee or chute fee is paid in advance of delivering the mare, or, that it be paid at the time of arrival to the farm.
Be sure all required paperwork is received by DeGraff Stables: Paperwork, such as contracts, registration papers, pre-breeding diagnostics, etc. has been received by mail, email or by fax, as soon as possible to DeGraff Stables, Inc. Remember, we need a copy of the “Mare Disclosure Form” (Last Page of Haul-In Breeding Contract) sent to farm 7 – 10 days prior to your mare’s arrival at the farm for any haul-in breedings.
Mare(s)/Foal(s) MUST HAVE BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CURRENT HEALTH CERTIFICATE, CURRENT NEGATIVE COGGINS AND YOUR MARE DISCLOSURE FORM!
Farm Contact Information & Arranging Delivery for Your Haul-In Insemination: Please make arrangements anytime Monday through Saturday between 10 am and 3 pm for arranging your haul-in insemination with us. Haul-In inseminations may be scheduled Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday for all stallions. If by chance we were unable to answer your call, PLEASE leave a detailed message, and clearly repeat your name and phone number so that we may call you back and confirm.
VERY IMPORTANT! As much as we would like to accommodate everyone’s schedules, and we realize horses are a 24 hour business, we must ask you to PLEASE understand, horses will only be allowed in and out of the farm during standard working hours.
